The world-famous guitar will be coming back to Las Vegas, this time directly on The Strip. Hard Rock International has reached an agreement to acquire the operations of The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas from MGM Resorts International. Hard Rock will be paying $1.075 billion in cash to operate The Mirage’s assets. Hard Rock will lease The Mirage’s name royalty-free for three years, according to a statement by the company.

Global Air Capacity in 2022 Will Look a Lot Like 2015

Global air capacity will rebound in 2022 to levels equivalent to the number of seats flown in 2015, according to a forecast from Cirium, an aviation data and analytics provider. That represents a 47 percent growth in capacity in 2022 over this year. The Cirium analysis found that the pandemic and its consequences wiped out 15 years of global passenger capacity growth – based on the total number of seats flown – in a matter of months.
