A new hotel catering to groups will be built at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, beginning this fall. The hotel, which will be the third at the resort, will provide more than 22,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, including two ballrooms 12 meeting rooms, a rooftop reception space with views of the nightly fireworks and a landscaped, 16,800-square-foot elevated deck with a fire pit and pool.
