Construction work has started on a major new tourism complex in New South Wales. The AU$3 million (US$2.2m) project in Port Stephens will include the extension and complete renovation of the existing Pacific Dunes Summer House, which is attached to the 18-hole, Greg Norman-designed Pacific Dunes golf course.
