Resorts World at Sentosa, the integrated resort that opens for operations beginning early 2010 in Singapore, is making the trade show round. It’s heading to ITB Berlin this year for the first time. RWS includes Southeast Asia’s only Universal Studios theme park, the world’s largest oceanarium with over 700,000 marine creatures, the region’s first destination spa and 1,800 on-site hotel rooms.
RWS also boasts themed settings for meetings and incentive groups, such as Hollywood Boulevard in Universal Studios Singapore, swim-with-dolphin programmes and gala parties entertained by a full performing cast.
RWS houses a column-free ballroom that accommodates 7,300 delegates, 22 meetings rooms, a 1,600-seat plenary hall as well as 20 outdoor and indoor incentive venues.
It has already begun taking bookings for meetings as well as incentive travel bookings.
