I like how Fox World Travel complements our managed travel program in many ways. As their website states, they provide business travel solutions tailored to your travel program.” Our company wants travelers to have a smooth travel experience in all touch point areas. This starts with booking the reservation, which is made easy with options to call or email an experienced and knowledgeable travel agent at anytime from anywhere in the world.

I like how Fox staff at all levels are available to assist me when needed. Travel issues are minimal due to the regular meetings I have with my account representative. We create annual goals which consistently move my program forward. Travel is constantly changing and my program needs to keep up and stay fluid to provide the best overall travel experience.

I like how reporting is easy to access along with the recap of the monthly scorecard that provides valuable travel data | share with our executives. In addition, my account representative sends out updates or news that keep me informed, like passport delays, the Real ID changes, COVID-19 updates or new Fox enhancements.
I like in the event of an emergency or crisis, Fox has technology to monitor risk management situations and send out alerts, keeping everyone informed.
I like being on the Fox Advisory Board, which helps keep me in touch with travel changes, Fox leaders and other travel managers. This been a valuable resource for me and I look forward to our board meetings.
