Margie McCartney, DMCP, CIS formerly of PRA and GEP, joins the growing DMC Network sales team.
CHICAGO – The DMC Network, the business events industry's only fully member-owned community of destination management companies (DMC's) operating in 100 destinations across North America, Central America, South America, the Caribbean and Europe announced the appointment of industry veteran, Margie McCartney as Director of Global Sales.
Margie is a recent recipient of the prestigious MPI Hall of Fame Award (from MPI CAC) and joins a growing team of highly connected sales professionals including Aoife Delaney, CIS, CITP, Cindy Hartner, CSEP and Chris Baker, offering clients the unique benefit of a single access point to award-winning DMCs, with unsurpassed local knowledge and expertise across 100 locations.

Margie will commence her Director of Global Sales role at The DMC Network effective 23 June 2021.
Vicky is the co-founder of TravelDailyNews Media Network where she is the Editor-in Chief. She is also responsible for the daily operation and the financial policy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
