Hertz Orders 100,000 New Teslas

Hertz has placed an order for 100,000 new Tesla Model 3s for delivery by the end of 2022. Beginning in early November and expanding through next year, Hertz says customers will be able to rent one of the new Teslas at airport and neighborhood locations in major markets in the US and select cities in Europe. The rental includes access to 3,000 Tesla supercharging stations throughout the US and Europe.

United Launches Newark-Washington National Shuttle

United has announced the start of a new shuttle schedule between Newark Liberty and Reagan National Airports beginning Oct. 31. The service will operate nearly hourly between EWR and DCA seven days a week, with 18 flights between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Additionally, the carrier is adding five new daily flights between New York LaGuardia and Washington Dulles Airport.
