Neal has over 25 years of industry experience and oversees all aspects of our group and incentive travel business. Among our many long-time clients, Neal is known as the ultimate travel guru. If Neal is going, they will eagerly follow. He has orchestrated some of the most incredible once-in-a-lifetime experiences — from a reception at the House of Lords in London, to a private palace dinner with the Maharaja of Udaipur, India, to hot-air ballooning over the temples of Bagan in Myanmar. Neal has been very involved in various industry advisory boards over the years, and also manages several Carrousel CSR projects around the world.

RICHARD EZRILOV
Managing Director/Partner
Richard recently joined Carrousel as Managing Director and Partner and has over 30 years' experience in technology management and corporate consulting services. He is an active member in two of our largest travel industry advisory groups and has been active in the non-profit world holding board positions and serving on several committees. Richard is a University of Wisconsin graduate and received an MBA from St. Thomas University. He has a passion for travel, food, the Minnesota Vikings and loves to cook.

JENIFER CAMEL
Vice President, Operations & Technology
Jenifer has been part of the Carrousel team for 16 years and has 25 years of experience in the travel industry. After starting her career working for Northwest Airlines reservations, she transitioned to the travel agency business where she has continued to offer leadership – not only at Carrousel, but with other industry organizations. She has served as a Delta Airline’s advisory board member, as well as on the board of our local ASTA Chapter as Secretary and Vice President. Jenifer works closely with our advisors to ensure they have the technology and support they need to do their jobs. She develops scripts to ensure we capture the data that clients have requested. And her project plan has been successfully implemented to transition another agency’s business to Carrousel Travel.

TIM FISH
Vice President, Global Client Services
Tim has 23 years in the travel industry with the last 9 years at Carrousel Travel. Since joining Carrousel, Tim's focus and expertise is managing corporate account relationships. Tim knows how to collaborate with our corporate customers to optimize their travel programs. Tim facilitates travel reviews, sets up cost controls, establishes metrics for measuring use and compliance, and analyzes program effectiveness. Tim also prepares detailed reports and models for management including business reviews and working with vendors to negotiate favorable contracts. "I am a people person and my focus is on providing top notch customer service and proactive travel management to my customers," says Tim.

DOUG MOORHOUSE
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Doug has over 30 years of experience in the industry, with specialties in incentive programs, special interest groups and high-end events. He has worldwide connections and has had the privilege of traveling with many prominent individuals, producing large corporate events, and also providing personalized hands-on service. While managing the company marketing initiatives and expanding Carrousel's client base, he enjoys contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Doug is heavily involved in the meeting and incentive industry and also serves on the board of SITE Minnesota.

RENEE JAUNICH
Vice President, Finance
Renee has over 25 years of business financial management experience largely dedicated to the travel industry. As VP of Finance, Renee is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting, analysis, and long-term planning. She maintains a high level of integrity and transparency for the company. With an extensive knowledge in industry accounting and reporting systems, she has successfully merged accounting software, integrated reporting systems, and financials. A detail orientated, high level leader, Renee has facilitated all necessary components of agency acquisitions, implementations, new systems, software, an agency relocation and build-out, among various other projects. Renee manages overall agency policies, communications, and HR responsibilities, including hiring, benefits management, and payroll. She is passionate about working with the staff, maintaining the great culture, and doing her part to help the team drive the continued success of Carrousel Travel.
