Organizational updates support new solutions for CTM’s customers.

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has announced the appointment of several roles in its North America business to further support the needs of its clients and to continue to deliver on its promise of service excellence and technology.

“With these appointments, I’m delighted to further our value to our customers in service and innovation/technology, two of CTM’s foundational value pillars,” said Kevin O’Malley, Chief Executive Officer, North America for CTM.

“CTM’s 2022 global customer survey told us that our accounts worldwide are prioritizing customer service in the coming year, and as a result, we’re further investing in new solutions and expertise to continue to support those evolving needs,” O’Malley continued. “Our priority is to innovate in the service arena and to deliver new channels and solutions that enable customers to book, manage their itinerary, and travel with maximum ease, confidence, safety, and productivity. We’re delighted to welcome these respected industry experts to the CTM team.”

Eve White has joined CTM as VP, Global Customer Solutions. She succeeds Kristen Pratt, who will take the newly created role of SVP, Technology Initiatives, to support product integration readiness and global data management and aggregation for CTM’s clients.

CTM’s Global Customer Solutions (GCS) group focuses on maximizing value to CTM’s global and multi-national travel program segment. White will lead a GCS team responsible for defining and executing global solution processes and engaging with CTM’s global product team and regional leaders to meet and exceed the needs of CTM’s global customers.

White is a seasoned global sales executive with 30+ years in the travel industry, including positions at Northwest Airlines, BCD Travel, HRG, WhereTo, and FCM Travel.

Sarah D’Alessandro has joined CTM as SVP/GM overseeing the New York/New Jersey region.

D’Alessandro is an industry veteran with over 30 years in the business travel industry, including leadership positions in operations at Direct Travel and, subsequently, BCD Travel, where she spent more than 20 years, most recently as VP, setting the operational strategy for a diverse and high-profile client portfolio spanning 70+ countries.
